Onsite and Online Web Packages

An Ascentis professional services consultant will work with you to define in detail all of your goals, requirements, and expectations. After this is completed, a customized statement of work will be emailed to you along with the information that you need to send Ascentis. This is a valuable tool which can be used to plan staff availability when scheduling the time with our consultant. The document will also allow you to follow the consultant’s progress to ensure the project is staying on schedule.

Special projects

Occasionally you might need assistance with a special project for which it might be appropriate for Ascentis to deliver professional services. Special projects may include assistance with preparing Ascentis ESS for an upcoming open enrollment period, migrating your Ascentis HR database to a new server, or simply providing a day of custom online training to a new employee.
