The Ascentis Client Services Department has been dramatically improved
by Les Goldstein, President, Ascentis

In 2008, Ascentis completely restructured the Client Services Department. We needed to:
·         Upgrade the level of support we were providing
·         Make better use of technology to process, track and close open issues
·         Create a better user experience for all our clients

I have been very excited by the positive results of our efforts. Now, virtually all calls are answered by a person, and the hours of operation have been extended to start at 6 a.m. PST. By expanding our use of CRM technology we have greatly improved our ability to track all open calls and develop sophisticated MIS to better manage our business. In addition, we have made excellent strides in coordinating our payroll and HR support services so we are much better positioned to handle any issues that arise with clients that are using both. This represents a growing list.

I am confident that we are providing a much better experience for our customers and will continue to improve on the goals listed above. I feel strongly that excellent customer support is a key factor to our strategic growth. As always, I want to thank you for your continued business and wish you a Happy and Healthy New Year.
