"I'm having trouble creating a custom report that includes the employee picture. I don't see where I can run this report ... under personal information there is no field for the picture."

 

It's true, you will not find 'employee picture' in any of the
categories on the Custom Screen of the Report Wizard.		 Report Wizard Screen Shot
   
However, Ascentis HR does provide a "standard" employee
picture report. To run the report, start the Report Wizard and
select the Category of 'Custom.'

Highlight the "Employee Picture Report" and click the Next
button, where you can choose to sort the list by several job
related options, or by salary type. This 'sort by' option gives
you the ability to set page breaks when the 'sort by' value
changes.

Don't bother to Preview this one before printing! The pictures do not display during preview mode - only on the printed report.		 Report Wizard
