Ascentis HR 7.6.2 Makes Open Enrollment Even Easier!

Throughout this past year, we’ve received dozens of suggestions from customers on ways that Ascentis HR can be improved to be easier. Many of these suggestions revolved around open enrollment and employee self-service. Ascentis HR 7.6.2, available for download today, makes things even easier just in time for the busy fall open enrollment season. A few highlights of v7.6.2 include:

  • Improved employee self-service plan enrollment text to clearly relay the employee’s enrollment situation.
  • Enhancements to both life and disability plan types which take all the work out of calculating volumes and premiums.
  • New ability to hide waived benefits so that you can easily view an employee’s currently active benefit plans.
  • Self-service will automatically hide the “Email Me” link on the confirmation page if no work e-mail address is present.
