Glenn Marschel Joins Board of Ascentis Corporation

Bellevue, Wash. – Nov. 17, 2008 – Ascentis Corporation, a market leader in easy-to-use human resource management systems and web-based payroll solutions, announced today that Glenn Marschel has joined the board of directors.

Glenn Marschel has extensive experience in providing payroll and related HR services and was instrumental in growing the Employer Services division at Automated Data Processing (ADP). Marschel held senior positions in client services, strategy, sales and marketing, and was president of the Automotive and Employer Services divisions during his 22 years at ADP. He currently serves as the chief executive officer of NetNumber, Inc., and sits on the board of Fleetcor Technologies, Inc. Additionally, Glenn served as vice chairman of First Financial Management Corporation, a leading worldwide provider of credit card transaction processing, healthcare claims processing and document management/imaging services with revenues exceeding $3 billion.
