Password ExpirationAdministrators can now expire passwords for every Ascentis user. The password expiration policy applies to Self-Service and Ascentis HR users. The policy can be accessed through the Self-Service Setup Wizard within Setup Manager. |
Expansion of the Ascentis Web APIThe Ascentis Web API was first introduced in Ascentis HR v8.3
and now has been expanded in v8.3.1. New APIs include benefits,
job, and compensation retrieval. |
Other Enhancements
Ascentis HR v8.3.1 also contains enhancements to existing
features. The Leave Taken report now includes employee comments,
the Self-Service login page now displays the full company name, and
employee pictures can now be added to the main company directory
page. |
